TAKE ON THE GRUELLING 15 MILE (24KM) ROUTE MARCH OVER TWO ICONIC HILLS IN THE BEAUTIFUL BRECON BEACONS

This legendary route was part of the selection course for the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces, and is widely acknowledged as the toughest selection course outside of UK Special Forces.
This very challenging route starts from the lesser trodden approach of the north side of Pen Y Fan, the highest point in the Brecon Beacons, then down to Pont Ar Daf car park. After heading south you will then climb Fan Fawr, before finally pushing yourself along 10km of country lanes back to the start point at Cwm Gwdi.

Candidates have the choice of 'tabbing' over the route with a 35lb bergen or running the course carrying just the bare essentials in a daysack.

Once you have completed the challenge you will receive a custom First In medal.
